Diving History
The History of Diving is a history of people doing experiments and expirience. All things we know we know out of the results of someone doing something and reporting the effect.
Not all - for shure but this is the basic conzept how the people in the past handeled the unknown field or recreational diving. A good example is the navy diving table - it is based on experience.
